Completion of Doctorate Julie Riggs Dr Julie Riggs (Bennett) Congratulations to Dr. Julie Riggs for completion of her Doctorate of Professional Studies (DProf) with Middlesex University. Julie, former Head Girl of Park School (89/90) has worked within the OHS profession for the past 20 years within the UK, Europe and USA. Her research has been published within various broadsheet and trade media. She has been interviewed by the BBC, including Jeremy Vine and presented research in the House of Commons. Julie is currently a panel member for the HSEs Fee for Intervention (FFI) Dispute Panel and an author and lecturer of IOSH's IAQ certificate. Julie is a guest lecturer for BSc and MSc safety, health and environmental students and writes for various trade magazines. She currently works for a global organization in Bristol advising on OHS matters. Julie is the founder of IAQUK. www.iaquk.org.uk Dr. Riggs' thesis 'Setting the agenda and raising awareness of IAQ within the UK' will support the objective to raise awareness of indoor air quality. Julie has a full schedule to speak further regarding IAQ in 2014.
